| How often
do you breed dogs?
We do not breed any dogs at all,
but rather select individual pups for our Imprinting
program. |
| Are the
puppies on your picture gallery for sale?
The puppies on the picture gallery
are pups that have been sold in the past. The only pups that
are currently available are under the puppies
available link. |
| What
happens to my deposit if someone else places a deposit on
the same particular pup?
The first person to place their
deposit on the pup will be the new owners. In which case the
second deposit will be returned. Generally speaking the sold
sign will be placed on the pup shortly after receiving your
deposit. |
| Are we
able to come and visit the up before we place a deposit?
Yes you are able to come after
making an appointment. |
| Where do
I pick my pup up from?
Our address and direction can be
found under the contact
us link. |
| Why do
you sell only one pup at a time?
Puppies chosen for our Imprinting
program require a lot of time and dedication. Making it only
possible to do one at a time. |
| What do
you require us to do before we purchase a pup from you?
There are no formal requirements on
our behalf. However potential customers should know and
understand the responsibilities involved in raising a pup,
as well individuals should be well informed in the area of
dog psychology and behavior before purchasing a pup. If we
feel you are not the right fit for the pup on hand we will
advice you accordingly.
|
| How long
past the pick up date will you hold the pup?
Generally speaking we are able to
comply to customers request. There maybe a boarding fee
depending on the arrangement and duration of stay. |
| We are
first time owners, how well can you equip us for our first
dog?
We equip customers ahead of time by
sharing pertinent information and our assessment of the
individual pup. Customers may ask questions or concerns
before purchasing. There are certain books we highly
recommend reading either before or shortly after purchasing
the puppy/dog. |
| Can I
preorder a specific breed/mix?
Currently this is not an option,
however this may change in the future. |
